Pay rate: £12.50 per hour (weekly pay)
Shift Pattern:
Day Shifts Mon to Fri (7am to 6pm)
2 short days on weekends. Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness.
Location: Caythorpe, Grantham
Requirements: UK driver’s license & own vehicle - remote location in Caythorpe
The person we support is a mature man who suffered a C7 spinal cord injury following an accident some years ago. He lives with his partner in the Caythorpe, Grantham area. He is a very active person, currently trailing for curling team and also doing flying lessons.
His morning routine is quite intense with passive movements, and he has a lot of spasms so your role is key in helping him achieve this, can communicate their own needs but the support worker will need good communication skills and be able to take direction, experience isn't necessary as long as you are willing to learn.
