Support Worker
Greater Manchester
Temporary - Ongoing
Monday- Friday (30 hours per week)
Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Support Worker to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Responsibilities of the Support Worker will include but not limited to:
Responsible for all aspects of tenancy management
To work as part of a dedicated, mobile and flexible team to manage older peoples' accommodation, providing on-site coordination of the management of schemes with regard to maintenance, health and safety and cleanliness
Supporting service users to live independently
Liaise with third party agencies and emergency contacts
Responsible for general building management and securityThe Successful candidate will have:
Driving licence and access to transport
