Location: Ringstead, Kettering, Northamptonshire (NN14 Area)

We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and well-established Residential Care Home in the Ringstead area. This opportunity is ideal for Care Assistants seeking part-time, ad hoc shifts with the flexibility to fit around other commitments.

Shift Patterns

Long Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Long Night Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily living needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You'll work as part of a dedicated care team, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care and emotional support to residents.

Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

Supporting residents with meals and hydration.

Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities.

Maintaining accurate care records.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care.

What We're Looking For

A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

A genuine passion for supporting older people.

Due to the location, candidates should ideally be drivers with access to their own transport or live close enough to Ringstead to travel reliably for shifts.
