As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs — helping them live with independence, choice, and confidence.

No experience is needed — we provide full training. What matters most is your kindness, compassion, and willingness to care.

Shifts

Flexible full-time and part-time roles, including:

Day shifts
Night shifts
Sleep-ins / waking nights
Every other weekendWhat You'll Do

Support daily living, personal care, and life skills
Encourage social activities and community involvement
