About the Role

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Tonbridge, supporting adults with Down syndrome and autism to live active, independent and fulfilling lives.

The service is well connected by public transport, with the town centre and train station approximately 15 minutes away by bus. There are also local shops, a pharmacy, post office and park within easy walking distance, making it a convenient place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different, but you can expect to:

Support people to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals

Encourage participation in hobbies, activities and community life

Help people build and maintain relationships with family and friends

Assist with cooking, shopping, household tasks and managing finances

Provide dignified, person-centred personal care where required

Celebrate achievements and help create meaningful experiences every day
