Are you passionate about education and looking to make a real impact in the world of professional qualifications? We have an exciting 12-month full-time contract and seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Support Specialist Administrator to join our client.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the ACA Certificate/Fundamental Level, supporting students, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and refinement of examination materials.
Review and proof exam questions to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
Provide exceptional support for all Certificate Level queries, ensuring students have the best possible experience.
Manage the CFAB and Insolvency qualification certification process from start to finish.
Organise and take detailed notes at important meetings and conferences.
Plan and support student moderation events, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

The Candidate:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A trustworthy individual who understands the importance of discretion in all tasks.
A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, grade C or above.
