I am seeking a dynamic Support Manager to lead and provide exceptional care for a small service on the outskirts of Hastings that supports up to 6 people.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
Develop care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Maintain effective communication with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Driver with own vehicle.
Experienced with LD and complex support needs.
Would need to be prepared to register with CQC.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a learning disability setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
