Support Analyst - Cardiff
2 months initially but chance to interview for a permanent position if wanted
£19.48p/h (insside IR35 and paid through an umbrella company)
2-3 days p/week onsite
IntaPeople are urgently seeking a highly customer focussed 1st Line / Tier 1 Support Engineer for a short term contract in Cardiff.
The organisation is very Windows focused so experience solving problems around Microsoft O365, Microsoft Entra ID/ Active Directory - Dynamics 365 and/ or Power Platform - Basic understanding of database concepts - Basic understanding of application lifecyle management (ALM) Skills: - Strong customer service skills - Strong communication skills - Strong organisational skills - Attention to detail
The Service element will also be important as you'll act as the face of the IT department and be involved in a mix of telephone, on-site and remote support for the whole organisation (multiple locations through the UK).
You will be working in a fast-paced environment providing a comprehensive level of support for around 1000 users in total. You will need a pleasant communication style and be able to react well under pressure.
