Role: Onsite Support Coordinator/Administrator
Location: Southall
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Thursday
Rate: £13.00 per hour Duration: 2-3 months

About the Role:
As an Onsite Support Coordinator/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both general office administration and coordinating ongoing projects involving large teams. You will be working closely with sales staff, assisting in the fragrance development process, and ensuring the smooth running of various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up documents to record results for larger teams.
Assist in recording and analysing evaluation results.
Prepare products for evaluation and set up in-house technology to record results.
Support general office administration, including working with Excel.
Monitor and order supplies as needed.
Handle shipping coordination, ensuring items are shipped and received correctly.
Support various departments and sales staff, ensuring the fragrance process runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly pick up tasks with great attention to detail.
Confident communicator, comfortable working with large teams.
Previous hands-on administration experience is an advantage but not essential.
Chemistry background or interest in the fragrance industry is highly desirable.
