Care Connection, are looking for Temporary Support Workers to work for our clients in the Devizes area!
Are you an empathetic, motivated individual, with a passion to make a difference in people’s lives?
Do you have at least 6 months’ experience in the Care industry?

The Role!
We are looking for Experienced Support Workers to work for our client in the Devizes area.
Working for Care Connection, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of supported living services.
At this particular service you will be supporting two gentlemen with learning difficulties. Set very close to the town centre, this service is ideally situated to enable the service users to access all that this small town has to offer.
You will have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the different services you will be attending.
You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.
You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centered care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
