We are looking for Experienced Support Assistants in the Chippenham area to work for our clients in their supported living services.

This is a temporary role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability.

You will have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the different services you will be attending.

Working for Care Connection you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives, whether you are assisting with personal care, helping them with their daily routines or assisting them to go shopping and access the community.

You will be following care and support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
