We are looking for Experienced Support Workers to work for our client on the outskirts of Chippenham.
The shifts at this service are 14.30-22.30 Monday to Thursday. This is a temporary role with the opportunity of becoming more permanent for the right individual.
This particular service is a residential setting near Chippenham. Here you will be supporting young people between the ages of 8 and 19.
You will be supporting individuals with special educational needs, mental health needs, learning difficulties and autism, the young people may exhibit behaviors that may challenge at times.
Here you will strive to provide a sense of stability and enable each individual to access extracurricular activities and help to build their confidence and independence!
You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.
You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable them to live a fulfilling life.
