Our client is an innovative and dynamic healthcare consultancy, who work with the pharmaceutical industry, and local authorities to improve patient care which is done through their advanced tools, strategies, and medications.

An exciting opportunity waits for a Support Administrator apprentice to join a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare consultancy. This role offers the chance to work across three divisions, engaging in diverse projects within a fast-paced setting. The role requires a professional, self-motivated, and pro-active individual who can adapt and respond to a fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, analytical, and work to a consistently high standard. You must be confident in your organisational ability and have a high attention to detail.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop and broaden their existing organisational skills, gain more responsibility in a supportive administrator role while developing their client facing skills and who has a desire to grow within a successful consulting business.

Responsibilities as a Support Administrator

Financial reporting producing regular financial reports, including monthly sales report and a breakdown of sales, expenditure, and profit margins.
Survey creation, analysing/graphing the results and trends and presenting the findings (Using Survey Monkey, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Extensive diary management including co-ordination / scheduling of meetings, webinars and conference calls with precision and accuracy.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers - acting as the point of contact including answering and screening calls, dealing with enquiries or requests, and escalating where appropriate
Event support including platform set up, registrations, and ensuring the event runs smoothly using online conferencing systems.
Creating reporting and analysing data from our digital platform to add value to current contracts.

Skills / Experience

Some administrative or office-based experience.
Understanding of how a business/office environment works.
Efficient with excellent organisational abilities and written / oral communications skills.
A thorough command of MS Office - specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and help to create a narrative.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and act on own initiative.
Meticulous attention to detail and able to work to a consistently high standard.
Capable of dealing with a fast-paced environment, varying demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines
Able and keen to learn new skills and navigate new systems quickly.
Flexible, hardworking, have a 'can do' attitude and be forward thinking.

Qualifications

Minium: GCSE (grade A- C) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent
A-Levels (grade A- C) preferred.
Prospects

The opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based position once completed the apprenticeship.

Job Title: Support Administrator Apprentice

Apprenticeship: Business Administration Level 3

Contract length: 18mths.

Location: Hemel Hempstead (must drive & have access to vehicle due to location of office)

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum

Full time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
