Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14 per hour (assignment rate) dependent on experience and qualifications

Hours: Full-time, 08:30 am – 15:30 pm (may vary depending on assignment)

Main Duties of the Supply Teaching Assistant:

Aid teachers in delivering impactful lessons.
Offer guidance and encouragement to students during their learning tasks.
Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring personalised attention.
Assist with necessary administrative duties as assigned.
 Requirements of the Supply Teaching Assistant:

Preferred experience working with children or within educational contexts.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to adjust to diverse classroom settings and perform effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated patience and compassion in student interactions.
Readiness to cover assignments at short notice, displaying flexibility.
