Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to join us here at ABC Teacher to work within the Sandwell area.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, supporting students across different age groups and subjects. Your role will be crucial in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences and providing valuable support to schools in the Sandwell and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups, following the school's curriculum and policies.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment conducive to the academic and personal development of students.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special educational needs or language barriers.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive discipline and fostering a culture of respect and cooperation.
Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate lesson activities, assessments, and progress monitoring.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development, including written reports as required.
Keep accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic progress, ensuring compliance with school procedures and regulations.
Communicate regularly with school administrators, colleagues, and parents/guardians to address any concerns or issues and provide updates on student progress.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Proven experience working as a Teacher in a school setting, with a strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different educational settings and with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to learn and implement new teaching strategies and techniques.
Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check clearance, or willingness to undergo the process.
Right to work in the UK.
Pay  

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
