Description:

Empowering Learning are working with a pool of specialist Primary and Secondary Schools in the Black Country area such as Dudley, Sandwell and Walsall seeking dedicated and experienced Supply Teachers to join our team. As a Supply Teacher in our specialist provision schools, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education for our students. You will be called upon to cover short-term and long-term absences, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to our classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and adapt lessons to meet the needs of the pupils individual needs.
Ensure a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment for students to thrive.
Promote learning and engagement.
Implement effective behaviour strategies in lien with school expectations and polices.
Collaborating with Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers and School Administrators to make sure students are safe.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience working with children with special educational needs and challenging behaviour.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
Flexibility and reliability to work on short notice and adapt to different school environments.Desirable:

Additional qualifications or training in special educational needs (SEN).
Experience with specific interventions or therapeutic approaches (e.g., TEACCH, PECS, Makaton).Working with Empowering:
