What Will You Be Doing?
Supply assignments can involve:
Teaching across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities where appropriate
Delivering lessons and following plans provided by the school
Maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment
Managing behaviour in line with school expectations
Building rapport with pupils quickly
Adapting to different schools, classes and teaching environments
Supporting continuity of learning when permanent staff are absent
Providing feedback to school staff where required
Who We're Looking For
We would like to hear from teachers who have:
QTS
Recent experience teaching within a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
The confidence to work independently
A flexible and dependable approach
Good communication skills
A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Experienced teachers are particularly encouraged to apply, although ECTs with suitable experience will also be considered.
