The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Depending on the school and year group, your responsibilities may include:

* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

* Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with mixed abilities.

* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

* Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.

* Supporting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils.

* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and other teachers.

* Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

* Promoting high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing.

* Contributing to the wider life of the school.

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Confident teaching across the primary age range.
