Are you a Supply Teacher looking for regular work in the West Berkshire area? If so then we can support you.
Always Flourishing are currently supporting leading schools in West Berkshire and are looking to appoint daily Supply Teachers to work in Primary Schools. This year we have seen the highest demand yet for supply teachers this will only increase in the new academic year.
Always Flourishing are now looking to recruit amazing teachers who will be able to work flexibility in different schools.

Supply teaching gives you the flexibility to travel and work on your own terms whether that be part time or full time, in a variety of different schools including a mixture of local authority and independent schools. Working across different Key Stages and different year groups, most schools typically cater for a diverse cohort of pupils. If pre-booked you will get as much notice as possible, but on occasions you may be contacted on the day for work, usually between 7am and 8am.
What Always Flourishing expect from you:
* Weekly availability – to be emailed to your dedicated consultant.
* Ability to follow lessons plans set by absent teachers.
* Be able to adapt to different classroom settings and have good behaviour management.
What Always Flourishing need from you?
* You must have qualified teacher status to work in schools in the UK.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced Child DBS on the update service or if you do not have one then we can assist you with your application
* Preferably have UK classroom-based experience. ECT’s are welcome.
