Description:
Supply Teacher – Loughborough
More choice over your working week.
Teaching is rewarding. The workload that comes with a permanent role isn't always quite as rewarding.
If you're looking for a way to keep doing what you enjoy while having more control over your time, day-to-day supply could be the answer.
We're recruiting Supply Teachers across Loughborough and the surrounding areas, with opportunities in a range of local schools.
What makes supply different?
You decide when you're available.
We find the opportunities that match your experience, preferences and location.
You arrive at school, pick up the plans and resources, teach your lessons and support the pupils. When the school day finishes, your work is finished too.
No planning late into the evening for tomorrow's lessons.
No marking waiting for you at home.
No staff meetings stretching into your evening.
And the next day? You choose whether you work.
It can work particularly well if you're:
*
An experienced teacher looking for a better work-life balance.
*
An ECT wanting to experience different schools.
*
Returning to teaching after a break.
*
Looking to fit teaching around family or other commitments.
*
Simply ready for a change from permanent teaching.
Why work with us?
We're a 5-star Google-rated agency with over 25 years of combined education recruitment experience and established relationships with schools and trusts across the local area.
We're locally known and take a genuinely personal approach. We'll get to know your experience, preferred schools, travel requirements and availability rather than simply treating you as another registration.
You'll also have a dedicated compliance team to make the process straightforward, and a team that's available when you need us.
What you can expect
