The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with school curriculum and lesson plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different pupils.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
* Complete appropriate classroom and safeguarding responsibilities.
* Provide continuity of learning when regular teaching staff are absent.
We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from teachers who:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Have recent experience teaching in UK schools.
* Have strong classroom and behaviour-management skills.
* Are reliable, professional and adaptable.
* Can confidently work across different schools and year groups.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils' education and development.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply, as supply teaching can provide valuable experience across a range of schools and settings.
