These schools are committed to providing high-quality education and value adaptable staff who can build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations within the classroom.

We are recruiting Cover Supervisors for a variety of temporary opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements across Essex. The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensure students remain engaged in their learning, and provide a positive and professional presence throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

QTS, ECT status or experience as an Unqualified Teacher (UQT)
Previous experience working within UK secondary schools
Excellent classroom management skills
The ability to confidently deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
Strong communication and organisational skills
A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach
