Responsibilities:
Step into various classrooms as a Supply Teacher, providing continuity in students’ learning experiences.
Adapt quickly to different educational settings and student needs.
Implement lesson plans effectively, ensuring a high level of engagement.
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior.
Provide feedback on student progress to permanent teaching staff.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
