Supply Teachers Needed – Birmingham Secondary Schools
Bright Star Talent is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout Birmingham.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we have opportunities to suit your availability. We offer daily supply, short-term, long-term and permanent positions across a range of subject specialisms.

The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 opportunities available).
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and adapt where necessary.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support students to achieve their learning objectives.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
* Mark work where required and provide feedback.
* Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.
We Are Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude.
* A passion for delivering high-quality education.
* ECTs are encouraged to apply.
