Duties as Supply Teacher:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Ensure students remain engaged and focused on learning
Adapt quickly to different classes and year groups
Provide feedback to relevant staff regarding lesson outcomesIdeal Supply Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible and professional approach
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
