Position: Supply Teacher
Location: Bournemouth
Start date: Immediate start possible – September start availability
Daily pay: £120-£130
Are you seeking flexibility and autonomy in your teaching career? Would you like to work in the Bournemouth area, covering daily, short-term, and/or long-term supply teaching positions?
Are you an experienced Teacher considering supply work for the 2024/2025 academic year and beyond? Or perhaps you are an ECT looking for supply work over the summer term ahead of a September role? If so, we have an ideal opportunity awaiting you.
The flexible role will mean that you provide cover for pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and therefore get develop your experience across the different primary year groups.
You will be responsible for delivery of pre-planned lessons, supervision of the pupils and making sure that you are managing the behaviour effectively, and in line with the school’s behaviour policy. You will be ensuring that the pupils receive high-quality teaching whilst their normal class teacher is absent. You will also work alongside amazing Teaching Assistants who will support you in the classroom.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in diverse teaching settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
