Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and meaningful lessons across various primary year groups and subjects in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning journey.
Follow and implement lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers, ensuring continuity and progress in learning.
Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the individual needs and abilities of students in the classroom.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff to promote a collaborative and supportive school culture.
Uphold the school's policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with primary-aged students, either as a supply teacher or in a regular teaching capacity.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and student needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Flexibility and reliability to work on a part-time basis as required by the school.
