As an SEN supply teaching assistant, you'll work with pupils who have special educational needs, whether in a specialist SEN school or within a mainstream primary or secondary setting. You might support one-to-one, assist small groups, or adapt activities to help learners succeed - every day is different, and every day makes a real impact.
