Job Description: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in Northampton. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools across the area, covering short-term absences, maternity leave, and other temporary vacancies. This role offers flexibility and the chance to gain valuable experience in different school settings.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across the primary curriculum, catering to the needs and abilities of students.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student progress and development.
Follow lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school, adapting them as necessary to suit the needs of the class.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and supportive atmosphere for learning.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers, fostering a sense of community within the school.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience teaching in primary schools.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
