Supply Planning Manager

I am currently partnering with a fantastic drinks business who are looking for a supply planning manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing and guiding a team of supply planners to new heights. In this role you will focus on optimising efficiencies and driving improvements to key business metrics, whilst fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure seamless production and delivery of products, to help meet customer demands.

About the role:

Lead, coach and develop a team of supply planning professionals, helping them achieve their full potential.
Drive key projects and process improvements to continuously enhance supply planning operations.
Represent the supply planning function in S&OP process, playing a key part in influencing key strategic business decisions.
Build strong relationships with manufacturing teams, and collaborate closely with suppliers to help optimise performance.
Communicate potential stock risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions to mitigate them.About you:

Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within the drinks industry
Strong understand of production and supply planning processes, as well as experience working with in-house manufacturing partners.
Analytical with experience working with planning systems, and driving process improvements
Strong leadership skills and previous experience coaching, developing and leading teams.
