Description:
We are looking for a Early Years Childcarers to join our team. The role will involve providing supply cover at a variety of nurseries in the Manchester, Stockport, Wigan, Chester and Cheshire area. There are also opportunities for ad hoc nanny work too across these areas and Merseyside.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to tailor your schedule to best suit your lifestyle and commitments. Your responsibilities will span a wide array of tasks, ensuring that each day brings new and exciting challenges. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have the chance to bring your imaginative touch to play activities, injecting them with fresh perspectives and innovative approaches. By observing and following the cues of the children in your care, you will not only nurture their development but also cultivate a dynamic and enriching learning environment. Your role will encompass the pivotal task of inspiring and captivating young minds, all while being attuned to recognizing and addressing areas where extra support and encouragement are required.
You must be familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and of children’s development and day to day need across different ages. Understanding the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and having knowledge of children's development and daily needs at various ages are essential qualities for anyone working with young children. You should be a team player and be able demonstrate how to work together to protect the safety and mental wellbeing of young children. By working together harmoniously, we can create a nurturing environment where children can thrive and grow to their full potential.
Above all, you should be friendly and engaging, with a strong enthusiasm for delivering exceptional early years care.
Early Years Practitioner Specification:

You MUST possess a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification

Previous Childcare Experience
*
Demonstrated passion for working in childcare

Excellent communication skills
*
Organized and punctual
*
Desirable to have Paediatric First Aid training
*
DBS will be provided if necessary
