Supply Planner Winchester £28,000+ (DOE)

We're offering a unique opportunity to become a vital part of a remarkable business just outside Winchester. If you have experience as a supply chain planner and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is perfect for you!

Role Overview:

Manage Weekly Production Schedule: Work closely with production teams and the Planning Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Place Purchase Orders: Procure raw materials and packaging for production needs.
Coordinate Deliveries: Keep all stakeholders informed about expected delivery dates for ingredients and packaging.
Ensure Accuracy: Collaborate with the Supply Coordinator to maintain precise information in the planning environment.
Support Procurement and Technical Teams: Liaise with suppliers to handle SAQs, NCRs, and optimize the supply base.
Enhance Processes: Work with the Planning Manager to improve planning processes and implement new systems.
Track Inventory: Maintain records for stock write-offs and ingredient freshness for both materials and finished goods.
Batch Form Processing: Handle batch forms as needed.
Provide Coverage: Support the supply team during holidays and absences.Skills and Qualifications:

Stakeholder Management: Confidently interact with internal and external stakeholders to meet departmental and business needs.
Food Manufacturing Knowledge: Understand the intricacies of a food manufacturing environment and batch control.
Detail-Oriented: Maintain a meticulous approach to your work.

Organised: Exhibit a structured and organised approach to managing tasks.
Excel and MRP/SAP Proficiency: Advanced experience with Excel and familiarity with MRP, especially SAP environments.
