The Supply Chain Performance Manager is responsible for (among others):
Developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
The role is pivotal in the publication of the D2D performance scorecard & execution of our monthly performance review.
The role involves analysing current operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing changes that lead to optimised performance.
Work closely with departments across the Operations team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to provide insights into operational performance.Profile
Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain roles in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrable experience in Performance Management and Reporting.
Project Management Experience 2-3 years minimum.
Advanced Excel, PowerBI and SAP Skills.
