We are looking for driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individuals to join our Strategy & Consulting Supply Chain Consulting practice with a focus on SAP engagements. We are looking to hire for Strategy & Consulting Senior Manager Level, to join the UKI Supply Chain & Operations executive team and bolster our sales and delivery capabilities on large, global S/4 HANA transformation projects for large clients. As part of this role, you will combine developing and leading client engagements with acting as mentors and coaches to our wider consulting team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

* Managing client engagements spanning ERP strategy through to design and implementation, with a focus on Supply Chain optimization.

* Leading business development initiatives, identifying and researching opportunities within both new and existing client landscapes.

* Demonstrating adept problem-solving skills by delivering tailored solutions across the entirety of the supply chain spectrum, while serving as a trusted Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders.

* Providing functional consultancy expertise in at least one S/4HANA supply chain domain (procurement, planning, manufacturing, or logistics).

* Proactively contributing to the management of a client portfolio.

* Orchestrating multi-location teams to deliver in in line with client objectives.

* Exercising financial acumen in the oversight and control of client engagements.

* Developing project strategies to address technical challenges encountered by clients.

* Steering the management and execution of large-scale projects, from team development and risk assessment to final review and quality assurance.

* Shaping and executing projects with a commitment to surpassing client expectations and internal quality benchmarks.

* Mentoring, coaching, and supervising team members to foster professional growth.

* Establishing thought leadership within the SAP and supply chain domains through continuous learning and knowledge dissemination.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

* Demonstrated proficiency in consulting and functional delivery across two or more SAP supply chain business processes, encompassing Design, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Delivery.

* Proven track record of leading at least 2 end-to-end implementations within SAP S/4HANA projects, showcasing adeptness in project execution and delivery.

* Established background in management consulting and advisory roles.

* Comprehensive understanding of key supply chain processes across various streams.

* Experience in leading and managing teams across multiple geographic locations.

* Strong understanding in one or more SAP Modules (such as PP, MM, PM, EWM, IBP or Ariba).

* Excellent communication skills and ability to build ‘Trusted Adviser’ relationships with board level and senior stakeholders.
