Position: Supply Chain Manager
Location: London, UK (Hybrid Working)
Company: Leading National Property Services Main Contractor
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the dynamic team at a leading national property services main contractor. This role will be based in London with hybrid working options available. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing profit, value, and opportunities while nurturing key relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
* Maximize profit, value, and opportunities within the supply chain.
* Foster key relationships internally and externally.
* Utilize deep knowledge of the property service marketplace and supply chain operations.
* Understand client framework agreements and procurement processes thoroughly.
* Manage various contract forms and commercial management information effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost avoidance programs.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution techniques.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with COINS.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in supply chain management within the property services industry.
* Deep understanding of client framework agreements and procurement processes.
* Familiarity with various contract forms and commercial management information.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Demonstrated experience in cost avoidance programs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with COINS software is preferable.
