Supply Chain Manager - Growing Challenger Food Brand

London

£35,000 - £45,000

4 Days on Site/Office, 1 day WFH

Fantastic to be partnering again with this multi-million £ food brand. They've already had amazing growth due to their incredibly delicious food, gaining contracts with multiple retailers and are looking to double in size in the next few years. Due to this and further investment, they are looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to support this growth!

This will be an exciting role where you will be responsible for inventory, supply and production planning, plus optimisation and automation projects. You will play a critical role in the operation's success, development and growth. This will require a hands-on, dynamic and driven individual who loves a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review current supply chain operations identifying opportunities and bottlenecks, coming up with innovative solutions to complex problems
Plan and manage the effective flow of raw materials, working closely with suppliers to manage supply issues and foster great working relationships
Develop and maintain daily production and supply chain plans, continuously improving efficiency and capacity.
Identify areas for improvement from moving manual activities to automated, improving system accuracy to developing robust tools for effective picking and deliveryAbout You:

3-5 + years experience in a Supply Chain/ Planning role within fast growing start ups/SMEs
Broad experience across Supply Chain with strong knowledge of supply, production planning and inventory/logistics
An ambitious and passionate individual able to comfortably work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage risks and drive improvements.
Food experience would be highly advantageousWhat We Offer:
