Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimising supply chain processes? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a logistics operations and drive excellence in the supply chain management!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages and excesses
Utilise data analysis to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team of 5 Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools – (ideally D365 and SAP)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
