As the leader of our Supply Chain team, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to maintain top-notch supplier relationships and optimise stock levels to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities – Supply Chain Manager
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and empower our team of Coordinators to excel. Lead on training and development, conduct personal development reviews.
* MRP System optimization: Evaluate and enhance our MRP system to optimize inventory management and production planning.
* Supplier relationship management: Build & maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers. Negotiate supplier agreements to maximize quality, cost-effectiveness and value.
* Inventory management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess.
* Supply Chain optimisation: Identify areas for improvement with the supply chain, implements strategies to enhance efficiency while reducing costs.
* Quality Control: Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to uphold quality standards.
* Reporting & Analysis: Generate & analyse Supply Chain performance reports, present findings & recommendations to Senior Management.
Skills & Experience requirements -While experience in supply chain is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude above all. Here's what we're looking for:
* Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role.
* CIPS level 4 qualification or higher.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MRP/ERP systems.
* Forward-thinking mindset with a drive to improve efficiencies wherever possible.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
