Description:

Supply Chain Manager - Major Infrastructure & Construction Projects

Location: North West / North Wales (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Are you an ambitious Supply Chain professional ready to play a key role on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects?

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure organisations to recruit a Supply Chain Manager to support the successful delivery of major projects across the North West and North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering landmark schemes while investing heavily in the development and progression of its people.

If you're looking for a role where you can influence project success from day one, work alongside industry experts, and build a long-term career, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing supply chain activity across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and procurement through to project delivery. Working closely with internal teams and key suppliers, you'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially, and collaboratively.

This is a hybrid position, with a base in the North West and regular visits to project sites as required.

We're Looking For

Proven experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction, particularly across supply chain or procurement.
Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to delivery.
Experience working with subcontractors across areas such as groundworks, civils, or major construction packages.
Knowledge of NEC contracts is beneficial, although practical understanding is more important than formal expertise.
Exposure to the nuclear sector would be advantageous, but full support and training will be provided for the right candidate.
A proactive, driven individual with a genuine desire to learn, develop, and progress within a growing team.

Ideal Candidate

Based in the North West or North Wales.
Welsh-speaking candidates are highly desirable.
Motivated, collaborative, and eager to make a real impact.
Passionate about developing their career within a leading infrastructure business.

What's on Offer?

Join one of the UK's most respected construction and infrastructure organisations.
Work on nationally significant, complex projects with long-term career stability.
Genuine opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow.
Supportive leadership committed to your professional development.
Hybrid working with a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Security Requirements

Due to the nature of the projects, applicants must currently hold, or be eligible to obtain, Security Check (SC) Clearance. Candidates must also be able to satisfy the required background screening and vetting process.

If you're ready to take the next step in your supply chain career and want to be part of projects that leave a lasting legacy, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today or get in touch for a confidential discussion
