Supply Chain Data & Migration Coordinator

Temporary Contract

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Data & Migration Coordinator to provide temporary support to a Supply Chain team during an upcoming SAP-to-Ramco system migration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing, cleansing and validating supply chain data to ensure information is accurate, complete and ready for migration. Working across individual bases, you will identify discrepancies, investigate outstanding issues and coordinate corrective actions with Planning, Purchasing, Inventory and Stores teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review SAP inventory and transaction data to ensure accuracy and completeness ahead of migration.

Verify and correct inventory ownership and valuation records.

Review stock classifications, including company-owned, vendor-owned, PBH and consignment material.

Audit open purchase orders, identifying obsolete, duplicated or completed orders.

Validate purchase order details, including suppliers, pricing, requirements and delivery dates.

Review outstanding stock transfer orders, purchase requisitions and in-transit transactions.

Check material undergoing repair and validate associated repair orders.

Review unserviceable inventory and identify items requiring repair, vendor return or other disposition.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure vendor entities are correctly established within the system.

Support reviews of non-moving and obsolete stock.

Verify fleet applicability of inventory items where required.

Maintain accurate records and evidence of completed data reviews.

Candidate Requirements

Strong understanding of material procurement and supply chain processes.

Previous experience working with inventory, purchasing or materials management.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage a defined workload.

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.

Proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and drive practical solutions.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented supply chain professional to support a significant system migration project, helping ensure accurate and reliable data is transferred into the new Ramco system.
