Manufacturing / Engineering Industry background.
A Supply Chain Coordinator / Purchasing & Logistics Planner / Buyer / Supply Chain Planner is required for a manufacturer located in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who are a part of a larger group. You will work closely with the Purchasing Manager on developing your skills within Purchasing and Logistics.

Supply Chain Coordinator / Purchasing & Logistics Planner / Buyer / Supply Chain Planner Responsibilities:
Ensure that purchasing orders are raised to meet with business demand and that OTIF delivery targets are met.
Produce reports on suppliers based on the KPIs agreed in the department.
Chase suppliers daily on open purchase orders.
You will work with the Purchasing Manager on delivering the strategic objectives of the department.
Work closely with Shipping and Production departments.
You will regularly speak with your suppliers based in the UK and Europe.
Keep the internal MRP system up to date.
Supply Chain Coordinator / Purchasing & Logistics Planner / Buyer / Supply Chain Planner Requirements:
Previous experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator / Purchasing & Logistics Planner / Buyer / Supply Chain Planner.
Experience within manufacturing / engineering industry will be beneficial.
Experience working across MRP / ERP systems.
