Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the efficient functioning of our supply chain management processes.
The Team
The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and other team members assisting in various aspects of supply chain management, procurement, and supplier coordination.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
Duties
* Oversee the assessment of KPI’s of subcontractors & consultants on-site.
* Manage supply chain performance feedback from colleagues. Proactively address concerns raised by stakeholders or suppliers to ensure smooth operations and mitigate project risks.
* Develop & maintain relationships with our partners to understand capability and capacity
* Generate comprehensive reports and analyses on various supply chain management metrics, providing valuable insights into supplier financial health, workload distribution, and KPIs.
* Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain processes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Support the Supply Chain Manager with delivering regular key business updates to our supply chain
* Assist, when required, procurement team in issuing of orders. Verify order accuracy and handle discrepancies and communicate order status and updates to relevant teams.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
Experience
* The ideal candidate will have experience working in the supply chain department of a well-established firm.
* They will have experience assessing Suppliers KPI while maintaining & growing supplier relationships
* Ideally will possess a knowledge of construction
