Supply Chain Co-ordinator - FMCG Food Manufacturer
Salary: up to £26,000 Per annum (£12.52 Per hour) + Overtime c £5,000 Per annum + Pension & Healthcare.
Location: Scunthorpe
Working hours: 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Role purpose: ensure the Dock operates efficiently and professionally, all vehicles must be loaded and unloaded in accordance with company specifications.

Support the Dock function by measuring and controlling raw material usage, including batch usage, costs, and stock reconciliation.
Manage nitrogen supply, usage, and costs, including checking deliveries.
Inform Shift Managers of weekly unit production requirements (excluding actual scheduling).
Produce production recaps, including dry goods areas.
Coordinate with hauliers and cold storage to maintain stock volumes, rotation, and deliveries.
Generate daily carry-over figures.
Ensure pallet records are accurate.
Provide administrative support to the Intake/Despatch Manager, Operational functions, and Purchasing as needed.
Develop the despatch plan.
Maintain all tracking information systems (e.g., Navision & Recap).
Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery, dispatch, and quality of goods, avoiding any compromise to production or customers.
Provide seven-day coverage while ensuring cost-effective use of labor.
Maintain a clean-as-you-go policy in all areas of responsibility, adhering to hygiene and quality standards at all times.
Uphold plant hygiene and housekeeping standards within the team.
Assist new colleagues with integrating into their roles and the business.
Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including Food Safety and Health and Safety legislation.
Comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, taking reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others at work.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in materials management, intake/dispatch and stock control
Any experience within a FMCG, Retail, 3PL environment would be highly beneficial 
Strong communcation skills 
Good understanding of excel 
Awareness of Health and Safety standards 
Can do attitude
