Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
Permanent, Full Time
Our client, a well-established award-winning global manufacturing company based in Swansea is looking for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to help support the buying team with stock management, administration and forecast planning.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Providing stakeholders with monthly customer group pivot reports, forecasts and changes
Managing the monthly warehouse goods in reports for all stock
Create & complete final ops worksheets
Set up and manage stock files
Manage supplier price lists
Administration of sample/component requests
Undertake the booking in of stock
Management of Biweekly stock reports including slow moving /out of stock reporting
Control of inventory at external warehouse
Proxy for demand planners to cover any holiday leave where requiredWhat you will require to be successful:
Experience in supply chain within FMCG desirable but not essential
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of MRP systems would be desirable
