Purpose: To ensure that power tools and other safety equipment which are returned from the field engineers are processed in the correct manner, to include cleaning, replacing parts, calibration and PAT testing.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Checking the tools for any faults or missing accessories
- Cleaning the tools to an acceptable standard
- PAT testing any tools where necessary
- Updating the internal Spark database
- Checking the FGAs for faults and repairing where necessary
- Replacing of expired Sensors and PCBs
- Ensure that the FGA re-calibration targets are met
- Updating FGA cell database with relevant information
- Using Calidus to book in and issue out

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Strong co-ordination, organisational and attention to detail skills
- Able to prioritise workloads, using own initiative to support their manager with generating solutions to adhoc problems
- Ongoing responsibility to attend Inhouse and third-party training as and when required for the role
- Able to work to strict deadlines
- Confidence in their own ability to effectively communicate information (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner.
- Support own development through self-driven learning to gain further knowledge and expertise
- Being able to Identify ways to simplify and improve processes
- Motivated and engaged to deliver against operational and service level targets
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team
