Supply Chain Assistant

Our client in Hyde who are a leading supplier in their sector are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant.
The Job
* Collate and analyse KPI’s – for both logistic and manufacturing purposes.
* Data management within the Microsoft ERP system.
* Process internal and external orders.
* Monitor and review inventory levels.
* Issue and assist with stock inventory counts.
* Source new materials/machinery and liaise with suppliers.
* Place purchase requisitions and receive goods in via purchase orders.
* Assist with new product creation and price reviews.
* Provide troubleshooting support within the division.
* Perform various other administrative tasks.
About you
* A recent qualification HNC/HND qualification.
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* An awareness of lean manufacturing and kaizen.
* Ability to work methodically, and efficiently within deadlines.
* Ability to work independently when required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
