Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine a comprehensive distribution framework, which involves creating Standing Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and establishing clear parameters and objectives.
* Evaluate performance based on critical business metrics and improve customer service measures to enhance performance and reduce costs.
* Provide indirect supervision to third party logistics provider colleagues, offering them essential management information and insightful analysis to ensure smooth distribution operations.
* Delve into distribution issues impacting customer service, promptly analysing and rectifying them. Additionally, focus on devising and sharing tailored measures of distribution service performance for specific channels and clients to drive continuous enhancement.
* Cultivate proactive partnerships with various teams and departments within the organization, emphasizing the importance of strong internal and external relationships to achieve distribution goals through collaboration.
About You:
* Over 2 years of experience in supplier and account management, demonstrating a track record of successfully achieving objectives.
* Your inherent inclination towards analytics and commercial savvy distinguishes you.
* Experience gained in a manufacturing and production setting.
* You excel in planning and prioritizing tasks, thriving in high-pressure environments and producing results with minimal oversight.
* Your innovative mindset, vitality, and enthusiasm propel you to excel, particularly in challenging or uncertain circumstances.
* Exceptional IT proficiency, persuasive capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail are hallmarks of your skill set.
