Supervisor

Description:

Our client is recruiting supervisors to manage and oversee removals and relocations at their site in London.

As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects on behalf of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage aspects of smaller moves/projects and collaborate with Move

* Managers to oversee larger projects/moves

* Promote and uphold our client's core standards and values

* Educate, train, and develop team members, emphasizing best practices, quality, and standards

* Handle technical aspects of decommissioning/commissioning, whether it's furniture or IT equipment

* Manage external contractors during project delivery

* Ensure that working practices adhere to safety standards and company best practices

* Act as a liaison between clients, different departments, and the on-site team

* Perform regular removals activities as needed

ABOUT YOU

* Punctuality and reliability are essential

* Strong work ethic and the ability to motivate a team of varying sizes

* Removals experience is desired but not mandatory

* Proficiency in understanding project scopes, tracking progress, and identifying key milestones

* Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polite and friendly demeanour

* Methodical and careful approach to work

* A sense of responsibility and integrity when handling other people's property

* Strong team player who can also work independently
