Salary: £16,500 + bonus potential

Additional Travel: Flexibility required to provide occasional cover at the Surbiton store
Are you looking for a customer-focused role with responsibility, variety and a much better work-life balance than traditional retail?
We're recruiting for a Part-Time Supervisor to join a successful and growing business in Sutton.
This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of the store, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and ensure high operational standards are maintained.
A key attraction of the role is the working pattern. You'll work 3 days per week with no weekend working.
The Role
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
Handle customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
Support the day-to-day running of the store
Work towards sales targets and KPIs
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed
Complete administration and customer documentation accurately
Take responsibility for the store when required
Provide occasional cover at the Surbiton store
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
About You
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, sales or customer service
Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets
Organised, reliable and able to work independently
Positive, hands-on approach
Strong communication skills
Flexible to travel to Surbiton when required
