The Role
The Operational Supervisor is responsible managing equipment operations, ensuring efficiency, safety compliance, and team productivity. The supervisor ensures quality control, inventory management, and coordination with various departments to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee key production areas such as our bond, warehouse and production department.
Ensure smooth, efficient workflows that meet tight schedules and uphold our 5-star quality standards
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results every day
Maintain compliance with legislation, customer expectations, and company policies
Build strong relationships with clients and swiftly resolve any operational issues
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a methodical mindset

Problem solving skills.
Stakeholder management.
Computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
